I have both the small and medium in three different colour combinations, and every time I pack them I think: this thing just isn’t going to break.
They’re also light as a feather to carry, so I don’t feel like I’m giving up much of that precious luggage weight allowance just to keep everything organized. Sturdy, roomy and light is a pretty good combination when you’re trying to squeeze in the last few things.
I think of them as the Toyota Sienna of packing cubes: mine just keep going, even when a tiny part of me wants them to break so I have an excuse to buy new ones. 🙄
The weight, for reference: Thule lists the small at 0.18 lb (about 2.9 oz) and the medium at 0.29 lb (about 4.6 oz).
